Writing, Reflection & The work of Becoming

I write, think, and work with people and ideas that are in the middle of becoming. This space holds reflections on growth, clarity, and the quiet work of listening inwardly - especially during moments of change, uncertainty, or transition. If you’ve arrived here while standing at a threshold - between what was and what’s still forming - you’re welcome to pause.

About Me

I’m Disha - a writer, brand strategist, and the founder of WRiFoM.Grow.

My work lives at the intersection of reflection, clarity, and conscious growth. I work with people and ideas that are in a phase of becoming - moments where something old no longer fits, but the new hasn’t fully taken shape yet.Over the years, I’ve worked closely with founders, creative professionals, and purpose-led organisations to help them articulate who they are and where they are headed - without losing their essence in the process. My background in brand strategy and writing has taught me that clarity doesn’t come from louder messaging or faster decisions, but from slowing down enough to listen well.

Through WRiFoM.Grow, I now work 1:1 with women, creatives, and founders navigating personal or professional transitions. This work is reflective and inquiry-led. It integrates writing, conversation, and presence to support deeper awareness and more honest decision-making. It is not prescriptive or formulaic - it creates space for what is already quietly unfolding.Alongside this, I’m building Pagdandi - a narrative and philosophical initiative rooted in slow thinking, inner listening, and conscious becoming. Pagdandi is a place for stories, reflections, and ideas that explore growth as a lived, human process rather than a performance.I’m drawn to work that values depth over speed, integrity over visibility, and meaning over metrics. I believe that growth doesn’t always arrive loudly. Often, it begins as a subtle inner signal - a whisper that asks to be listened to before it can be acted upon.If you’re standing at a threshold - building something new, unlearning something old, or learning to listen more closely to yourself - you’re welcome here.

Growth doesn’t always shout. Sometimes, it arrives as a whisper.

How I Work

My work is rooted in listening, reflection, and clarity.I don’t begin with answers or frameworks. I begin with attention - to what is already present, often quietly, beneath the surface of words or decisions.Whether I’m working with a person or an idea, my approach is inquiry-led and reflective rather than prescriptive. I’m interested in helping things take shape honestly, without forcing direction too soon.

  1. I work slowly and intentionally

I value depth over speed. This doesn’t mean indecision - it means allowing clarity to emerge in a way that lasts. I don’t rush processes or push outcomes. I create space for insight, coherence, and integration.

  1. I listen before I respond

Listening is central to how I work. I pay attention not only to what is said, but to what is hesitated over, repeated, or left unsaid. Often, the most important direction reveals itself there.

  1. I don’t offer templates or formulas

My work isn’t about applying methods or following steps. Each person and each piece of work carries its own context. I work responsively, shaping conversations, writing, and strategy to fit what is actually needed - not what is expected.

  1. I work at the intersection of writing, inquiry, and strategy

Writing helps articulate what is felt but unclear.
Inquiry helps surface assumptions and patterns.
Strategy helps translate insight into direction.
I move between these modes fluidly, depending on what the moment calls for.

  1. I value integrity over performance

I’m not interested in performative growth or polished narratives that don’t feel true. I value honesty, coherence, and work that aligns with lived experience - even when that means sitting with uncertainty for a while.

  1. I work best with people in transition

I’m especially drawn to working with those who are navigating change - building something new, letting go of something old, or standing at a threshold where clarity hasn’t yet arrived but is quietly forming.

Writings

This page holds writing that arrives slowly. Some of it is reflective.
Some of it is unfinished.
All of it is shaped by listening rather than urgency.
These pieces are not instructions or conclusions. They are pauses - places to sit with a thought before it turns into something else. You’re welcome to read without rushing.

Before Clarity

There is a moment before clarity arrives.

Contact

This is a quiet point of contact. If something you’ve read here resonates and you’d like to reach out - whether with a question, a thought, or a sense of curiosity you’re welcome to do so.I read messages slowly and respond with care.

How to reach me

You don’t need to have clarity before writing. A few honest lines are enough.

A gentle note :I’m best reached through email. I don’t use contact forms or automated replies here.If I’m not the right person for what you’re seeking, I’ll let you know honestly.

A note on fit

My work may not be the right fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, rigid frameworks, or externally imposed goals. It is a good fit if you value depth, reflection, and thoughtful movement forward.

Growth doesn’t always arrive loudly.
Often, it begins as a subtle inner signal - a whisper that asks to be listened to before it can be acted upon.

If you’d like to work together, you’re welcome to reach out - gently, without urgency.
